Are you interested in exploring the full range, resonance and depth of your voice? Do you lack confidence in self-expression? These groups are aimed at people wishing to empower themselves through the medium of the voice, whether beginner or professional. We will explore simple techniques which help to deepen our listening to ourselves and others. These will include mantra, movement, improvisation, the Indian scale, musical modes and breathing exercises. NO VOCAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED. THE SINGING FIELD PROCESS - This half day workshop provides a powerful, transformative space for a small number of people(max. 6) to hold and support the Witness, the source of unconditional listening. Each individual has the opportunity to explore their voice and material with the facilitator for about 20-30mins each.
We will also explore chant, movement and breathwork as part of the process.

Phrygian(Arabic,Passionate Dark), Lydian (Expansive,Luminous, Spring)
Aeolian (Lament, Longing) and Mixolydian (Sensual,Blues).
Which mode or mood do you rest in most? Which is most unfamiliar and which is nourishing for you at this time? As we express the music of our soul we can access parts of ourselves we never knew existed. New songs and sounds enable us to transform blocked emotions, and embody the full range and colour of our soul's expression.
