This series of workshops is dedicated to the voice inside you! Sound has the potential to inspire, transform, release and engage us more fully with life.
We will explore simple profound practices that are rooted in a deep compassionate listening awareness. The Singing Body introduces us to the embodied ground of the voice, the wisdom of our heart song in The Singing Heart and the voice of spirit in The Voice of Inspiration. Each workshop will include mantra, meditation, breath work, movement, improvisation and the Indian scale.
No vocal experience needed.
